ALex Burmudez has turned fermentation into an art form: hand-selecting cherries, guiding them through a two-stage yeast inoculated process, and sealing in flavor with his signature thermal shock method. We took that foundation and built on it with our signature Limited Series roast profile. A washed Pink Bourbon that is bright, balanced, and just a little indulgent. The result? Notes of peach & vanilla yule log cake that feel like a slice of dessert with your morning brew.
