This season marks a new chapter for Cottage. We’ve selected a crop from a new region in Colombia – Nariño. Grown at some of the highest altitudes in the country, this coffee stood out to us for its vibrant juiciness. It brings us back to the coffee we fell in love with, one we’re excited to brew first thing in the morning. This crop is a blend of varietals from three different farms across Nariño. With a beautifully simple fermentation and washing process, it comes together as a reflection of collaboration and care.
In the cup, you’ll find bright, juicy notes of grapefruit, balanced by the smooth sweetness of baked apple and brown sugar. This fresh harvest turns any morning into a cottage morning, whether you enjoy it as espresso, filter, or iced coffee.

The Buesaco Jardines blend is composed of lots from different producers. Among them is Aura Montánchez, a second-generation coffee grower who began in 2016 with traditional varieties such as Caturra and Castillo. Yovanny Pinchao, owner of La Esperanza farm, is the first generation in his family to grow coffee, starting in 2019. Javier Martínez, originally from Villa Moreno, lives in the village of El Cortijo and owns El Mirador farm. – Apex
