We got challenged by our close by neighbor, Montreal’s Habs, to come up with a stronger profile when launching their coffee offering.
To achieve that, we roasted a Brazilian coffee to deepen the body while the two Africans coffees keep the complexity Escape is always looking for, bringing a bit of funkiness to this blend.
The “Dark” side just got a little brighter: try it in filter with a side of bacon.
