Flash Tonic (mocktail)

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Escape Flashbrew Coffee, Cottage
  • 1.5 oz of fresh grapefruit juice
  • 0.75 oz of simple syrup
  • Tonic Soda

Steps

  1. Carefully pour the simple syrup, grapefruit juice and Escape Flashbrew into a glass filled with ice cubes to form layers.
  2. Gently extend with the tonic soda.
  3. Garnish with the mint sprig. Mix before serving.

Topping: Mint head
Tools: Spoon

Peachy Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Peach Vodka, Ketel One Botanical
  • 0.75 oz of coffee liqueur
  • 2 oz coffee, Escape Flashbrew Triple A
  • 1 pinch of fleur de sel

Steps

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
  1. Add ice cubes, then shake vigorously.
  2. Double-strain into a chilled glass using a fine strainer.
  3. Garnish with the peach slice.

Tools needed : Shaker, fine strainer

Caffè Al Limoncello

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz of Limoncello, 3 Lacs
  • 1 oz vanilla cream drink, Cremaglace
  • 1.5 oz Escape Flashbrew Coffee, Cottage

Steps

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
  2. Add ice cubes, then shake vigorously.
  3. Filter into a glass filled with ice cubes or over a large ice cube.

Squeeze the lemon zest and garnish the cocktail.

Kinda Paloma

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz of tequila
  • 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 1 oz coffee, Escape Flashbrew
  • Triple A
  • 0.75 oz of fresh grapefruit juice
  • 0.50 oz fresh lime juice

Steps

  1. Frost the glass by squeezing a lime wedge around its edge, then passing it to a plate containing salt.
  2. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
  3. Add ice cubes, then shake vigorously.
  4. Double-strain into frosted glass filled with ice cubes using a fine strainer.
  5. Express the grapefruit zest and garnish the cocktail.
